Rubik’s Revolution

Ah yes, the Rubik’s Revolution! The one that everyone got for the holiday season’s, Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. By the way, Harry Christmahannukwanzaa! The Rubik’s Revolution is truly the great holiday gift and is really a revolution from the Rubik’s Brand. I hate to be a debby downer and all, but it is a “Break” from Rubik’s Cubes.
Here is my reasoning: It doesn’t have to do with Rubik’s Cubes. You don’t even turn it! I found this quite humorous. I received the cube for the holidays and I was so happy. Even though it doesn’t turn. it is brilliantly engineered and fun to play with. Let’s start with the background.
The Rubik’s Revolution is about the size of a 5×5x5 Rubik’s Cube. The centers are cut out of the picture, but the sides are all shiny and the same colors. The game turns on electronically, as you may have found out. It is obnoxiously loud but fun. It features 6 different games that are both fun and interesting to play. It requires speed, quick reflexes, and color information. I include color because in order to be successful you need to recognize the colors quickly. I will get into the games later.
The cube is fun and an interesting twist to the average line of Rubik’s Cubes. It seems like a disappointment but a new opening. I hope you have as much fun with the cube as me.
