Hand Cramps?

This is something that I have been experimenting  with this for some time now, and researching this as well. My answers to this are clear. But let’s start with the problem.

Many people have been complainging that when they do the cube, a lot, they began to get cramps in there wrists and hands. “It hurts,” they say to me and I have no answer or solution to their cramps. Well, after much research, experimenting, and many cramps, :) I have found a some what accurate account of why this happens and a prevention solution.

The problem is, people are solving the cube incorrectly. Now you are probably like, well, “Stupid, if its solved its solved!” And that is true. But…..

There are better and faster ways to solve the cube without all of the long formulas. This is about SpeedCubing. (Which I will cover later. Yikes. always putting things off.) Most people when starting out as a cubist, will try to solve the cube by using their wrists. I have covered this before, so I will give you the short version. Don’t. Use your fingers instead. If you use your wrists, you will get cramps in your hands after a prolonged period of time.

It is smarter to use your fingers for many reasons, a newly added one is to prevent cramps in your hands. However, you still may get aches or cramps from doing the cube too much. (I know, impossible right?) After every time you solve the cube, stretch your fingers a little bit, wait, and then mix it up again. I also recommend having someone else mixing it up for you.
