Common Misspellings of the Rubik’s Cube

It is amazing how many people today cannot spell, or sometimes say, the word Rubik’s Cube. It is named after the guys last name for Pete’s sake! Erno RUBIK! Some common misspellings of Rubik’s Cube are as follows:
- Rubix
- Rubik
- Rubixs
- Rubix’s
- Rubiks (Without the apostrophe)
- Rubic
- Rubicks
- Rubics
- Rubickxs (Just kidding)
It is very interesting how everyone is able to get the cube part correct, but not Rubik’s. Also, another thing that bugs me, although even sometimes I do it, is when people for get the third 3 in 3×3x3 cube. People say, wow, can you solve a 5×5. I think to myself, almost correct. A little lesson in geometry, a 3×3 is not a cube, it is a square people. Oh well, not everyone can be perfect.
Although, I always get a good chuckle out of it when people can’t spell, say, or correctly word the Rubik’s Cube. Of course it isn’t their fault, but, at least I don’t laugh out loud!
